Aurora was, in a word, fantastic! We have a close friend who we normally tap to watch over our pups, so we were a little anxious engaging Aurora through Rover. Best decision ever. She responded to our initial inquiry and made herself available for an interview very quickly thereafter. She was fully on board for a second meet up just prior to our date(s) away. We set no expectation regarding updates or photos but Aurora sent both along on at least a daily basis. Aurora's published rate was entirely fair. It turned out to be even more so each day as we became impressed and thrilled with her performance, including her respect for our home, pillar to post. We simply cannot recommend Aurora highly enough. The only problem going forward will be her availability when we need her again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Aurora! She cared for both of our pups for 11 days, the longest we’ve ever been away from them, and made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful. She sent updates every single day and had excellent communication the whole time, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear our dogs were getting lots of attention and great care. Coming home to a house that was also in great condition was such a bonus. We’re so grateful to have found someone we trust with our dogs and our home. We would 100% book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful pet care.
