Active Mornings: My days start early, making sure my personal dogs, foster dogs, and cats, are fed, happy, and let out. I love spending time outdoors and going on hikes, which means your active dogs will have a built-in partner for morning walks and burning off energy. Daytime Availability: With two of my three. children heading back to school this August, my weekdays are opening up to provide plenty of daytime hours for dog walking, drop-in visits, or giving a guest pet focused attention. Consistent Routines: Raising a puppy and fostering rescue dogs requires a highly consistent daily rhythm. Guest pets seamlessly integrate into this structured environment, which includes regular potty breaks, dedicated playtime, enrichment /stimulated and scheduled rest periods. Flexible & Home-Based: Between my home projects and professional caregiving work, I spend a significant amount of my time at home. This allows me to keep a close eye on the pets in my care, easily manage specialized feeding or medication schedules, and provide the frequent potty breaks that puppies or senior dogs might need. Whether it is a midday walk, an afternoon hike, or structured downtime, my lifestyle is already perfectly tailored to keeping animals active, engaged, and well-cared for throughout the week.

High-energy dogs can join me for an outdoor hike on local trails, while others enjoy a leisurely neighborhood walk. Backyard Recess: Plenty of supervised fetch, zoomies, and free play in my large, secure yard. Pet care experience

As an active foster mom for a local rescue, I frequently welcome dogs of different backgrounds, energy levels, and temperaments into my home. This has made me highly adaptable and skilled at reading dog body language, which helps anxious or transitioning pets feel safe and secure quickly.I am currently raising a puppy myself, so I am deeply familiar with the consistency, routine, and positive reinforcement required for training young dogs.I am highly experienced in pet hygiene and am currently setting up a professional-grade dog bathing and nail-trimming station at my home. I am very comfortable handling bath time, nail maintenance, and general grooming needs if your pet requires a little extra pampering. With years of professional experience as a dog groomer assistant, kennel technician, a birth and postpartum doula and early childhood education, my entire career is built on empathy, patience, and structured, compassionate care. I bring that exact same calm, nurturing energy to the pets I watch, ensuring they feel emotionally supported and understood while you are away.
