I’m Aura & I can’t wait to meet your fuzzy family member! Animals have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. From dogs & cats, to hamsters & fish, I have always loved being around animals & look forward to offering my love and care to Seattle families. Rover has been my favorite way to maximize my exposure to kitty cuddles. At this time, I only take on cat clients due to my health. As a responsible sitter with a reliable schedule, I can offer drop in visits -- Mornings only on the weekdays and mornings and evenings on the weekends. In addition to following all your instructions & sticking to you and your pets routine, I’ll be in regular contact. I send photo updates & am communicative, so you to know that your pets are being well-loved & cared for. When I’m not snuggling with a fuzzy friend, I spend my time catching shows at comedy clubs, swing dancing, kayaking, paddle boarding & hiking -- and spending time with my 2 cats, Roger and snowball! I am looking forward to spending time with your pets & can't wait to hear from you!

Safety, trust & environment
I only care for pets in their own home, and I like to follow instructions and directions of the owner to the letter. It is very seldom I cannot care for an animal the way their pet parents request they are cared for. That said, I have medical issues and if I need to go home to tend to them, I will do so. I try to have my clients within 10 minutes of my home for that reason.

Aurelia is reliable and super quick to respond, and lets me know right away if there are any concerns. I’m able to enjoy my vacation knowing my cats are in good hands ☺️
Unfortunately this was not a good match for us. The front door was left unlocked, the back door was partially unlocked. The litter box had not been cleaned for several days and litter was all over the floor indicating it had not been swept before our return. The bed was not slept in despite us paying for a week of house sitting. The garbage canister was by the front door and she failed to put out the compost for pick up as requested. It was full of fruit flies and maggots sitting out for another week! Damage was done to our fir floors with two large gouges at the base of the stairs. The cats were fed! I expected more diligence and care.
Aurelia took a great care of our two cats when we were out of country. The kitties enjoyed her company and looked relaxed when we returned. Normally they are very stressed when we are gone so thank you Aurelia! It was a great relief to know that they are in good hands. Also, Aurelia left our place spotless. We can highly recommend her pet care services.
Aurelia was very kind, responsive, and great with the cats. This was my first time using Rover and had initially booked a house sitting visit for my 2 cats for a week long. I realized I meant to book drop in visit and she happily changed the booking for me and accepted. She sent photos every day and even watered plants and filled my humidifier when the apartment felt dry. My cats are always mad at me when I return from vacation because I have always had a friend pop in to check on them. But this time there was a huge shift and I could tell they were happy that someone stayed with them each day for 30 mins. 10/10 recommend and will be booking her again!

Schedule
I work in person at an aerospace company. My role is ENTIRELY in person. While I am not insanely social, sometimes I have a full social calendar, so I don't expect to be at your home more than at night and in the morning.

- I need to know your cat's demeanor. if they are likely to door dash. if they have a history of marking their territory - I've had clients cats urinate on my things and they had a history and that wasn't disclosed in advance.
