Friendly Lover of Fur Babies
Hi! My name is Audrey! I am a former nurse and used to take care of humans for a living but am pursuing a career change. I now take care of fur babies, but my 7 years of nursing experience has taught me patience, flexibility, and safety skills (as well as making me an expert at cleaning pee and poop). I've been a dog owner and taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. I've had multiple dogs growing up and currently own my 10-year old Golden Shepherd Mix rescue, Maxx. It brings me so much joy and happiness to meet any and all dogs/cats and to give them love and attention they deserve. I volunteer at the Humane Society to help socialize those dogs and give them love but also to gain experience meeting as many dogs as possible to learn more on how to identify dog behavior/body language and how to gain their trust when meeting a new person. I also love taking fun pictures, so you will get lots of pictures of your fur baby while you're gone. I also work part time as a barista and will occasionally be working 4 to 8 hr shifts periodically throughout the week, but with enough notice, I can try to adjust my schedule to accommodate for you if your pet can't be alone for long periods of time. I can't imagine a life without having a fur baby, and I hope I get to help take care of yours!

I live in a cozy 2-bedroom apartment with a lot of space to walk around the apartment complex. There is a fenced in dog runner at this complex too.

Audrey was so good with our two dogs. Our bigger dog has like 20 rules and she did amazing with him! The dogs also really liked her, when we got back they basically ignored us for her, so we will be rebooking.
Audrey is so good with our girls they have a great time with lots of play and snuggle. Super easy to work with and very nice
We did a walk-through with Audrey before the stay, she came in a timely manner, enjoyed the conversation and she answered any questions I had. Last minute our plans changed from an overnight stay to just drop in visit and she accommodated the changes. During her visit she updated us by sharing photos of Ellouise. I would recommend her, as well as will be using her in the future

Audrey responded within seconds when we reached out for her to look after our senior dog for a last minute out of town funeral. The day was absolutely hectic, and Audrey was a great help. She took our girl, Keela, on a two mile hike which I know was appreciated when we had to immediately get back in the car for another long haul. Great experience. Thanks so much for watching our girl.

Schedule
I work part time as a barista and my schedule changes every week with shifts varying from 4-8hrs long at a time. With enough notice (usually about 2-3 weeks ahead ideally), I can adjust my schedule to try and accommodate for you especially if your pet can't be alone for long periods of time. I'm willing and able to do any day of the week! I'm fairly flexible, so I'll do my best to get my schedule to work with yours.
