I’m a college student in the San Luis Obispo area and offer reliable dog walking and drop-in care for both dogs and cats! I’m generally available in SLO on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 11am, and in North County (Paso Robles, Templeton, and surrounding areas) on select weekdays with flexible daytime and early evening availability. I’m also available on weekends in North County. My schedule can vary slightly week to week, so I’m always happy to communicate and find times that work best for you and your pet!

Before caring for your pet, I like to know their routine, energy level, and any specific needs or preferences they may have. This includes feeding schedules, leash behavior, temperament with other dogs or people, and any medical needs or sensitivities. I also like to know if there are any preferred walk routes or areas your pet is familiar with, so I can keep them comfortable and safe. Clear communication helps me provide the best care and ensures your pet is happy, secure, and well cared for. I also like to schedule a quick meet and greet before the first booking to make sure your pet feels comfortable and to go over any routines or preferences!
A typical day
A typical day with me is tailored to each pet’s personality and needs! For dogs, that can include walks, playtime with their favorite toys, and making sure they get plenty of attention and exercise. If appropriate and approved by the owner, I’m happy to take dogs to a local park or nearby outdoor area for a change of scenery. For cats, I focus on gentle, attentive care — whether that’s playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company and making sure they feel comfortable and safe. I also enjoy spending relaxed time indoors with all pets, giving them attention and making sure they feel secure while you’re away. My goal is always to make pets feel happy, calm, and well cared for.

I’ve cared for animals for over 5 years, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and other small pets. I’m comfortable with daily walks, feeding schedules, cleaning enclosures, and administering oral or topical medications when needed. I understand how important it is to follow routines closely and provide attentive, reliable care so pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I treat every pet with patience and respect as if they were my own!
