Safety, trust & environment
Living in Arizona, I’m especially mindful of the heat and how it affects our pets. I live in an apartment so I know it can be especially tricky to meet all your pets needs especially during the summers. I plan walks during the cooler parts of the day, avoid hot pavement, and make sure dogs stay hydrated and comfortable. When it’s too hot to be outside, I focus on enrichment through play, mental stimulation, and companionship.
Information Audrey S. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dogs has any specific preferences beforehand. Do they have a specific leash or way they need to be walked? If there is more than one dog do they need to be walked separately? Are they reactive towards dogs or humans? How far do they normally walk?
A typical day
A typical day with me is centered around keeping your pet comfortable, engaged, and following the routine they’re used to at home. I know how important consistency is, so I always tailor each visit to your pet’s specific needs and energy level. For dogs, this can include walks during the cooler parts of the day, playtime like fetch or interactive games, and plenty of attention and companionship. I also like to incorporate enrichment activities (such as puzzle toys, sniff-based games, or gentle mental stimulation) to keep them happy and engaged—especially when it’s too hot to be outside for long. For drop-ins and house sitting, I make sure all essentials are covered, including feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, and any specific care instructions you provide. I’m very attentive to each pet’s behavior and mood, and I adjust activities depending on whether they’re more energetic, relaxed, or need a slower, calmer approach. I’m also comfortable working with dogs who may be shy, anxious, or reactive, and I always prioritize creating a calm, safe environment where they feel secure. My goal is for your pet to feel as relaxed and cared for as they would with you, while giving you peace of mind through regular updates and photos.

Pet care experience
Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who grew up with both cats and dogs, so caring for pets has always been second nature to me. Over the years, I’ve had experience with a wide range of personalities—from playful, high-energy pups to more shy or independent animals—and I always take the time to understand what makes each pet feel safe and comfortable. I’m currently a proud dog mom to my 8-year-old Golden Retriever, so I truly understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. I treat every dog like they’re my own—with patience, consistency, and lots of love. In addition to caring for my own dog, I’ve also pet sat and walked dogs for families I worked with as a nanny. This gave me experience handling multiple pets, different routines, and dogs with unique temperaments—including those who may be more reactive or need extra patience. I’m very attentive to body language and always prioritize creating a calm, positive environment. I’m available for both walks and pet sitting, and I’m happy to follow any specific routines, feeding schedules, or care instructions your pet needs. I also provide regular updates with photos so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. I’d love to meet you and your furry family member!

My girls had a blast with Audrey! We would definitely have her come back to take care of them again!
Audrey took amazing care of my dog while I was away for a long weekend last summer. She was super attentive, kept me updated with photos, and made sure my dog felt comfortable and loved the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals and treats them like her own. I felt completely at ease knowing my pet was in such good hands! I highly recommend Audrey to anyone looking for a responsible and caring sitter!
Audrey is a wonderful and responsible dog sitter and my dog loves her! My little chihuahua mix can be a handful, but I truly trust Audrey to look after him. She is not only prompt and reliable but also extremely loving and patient with my energetic pup— he gets so excited to see her. I can breathe easy when Audrey is the one taking care of my fur baby :)
Audrey took wonderful care of our two dogs, and we couldn’t be more grateful. She made sure they were taken out every morning and evening, giving them the exercise they need and love. She was also very attentive to their specific meal schedule, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. It was clear she genuinely cared about their well-being, and we came home to two very happy, well-cared-for pups. I would absolutely recommend Audrey to anyone looking for a responsible and loving pet caregiver.
