Safety, trust & environment

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take the time to get to know each animal’s unique needs, preferences, and boundaries so they feel secure and cared for, even when you’re not home. I’m always respectful of your space and keep things clean and tidy while house sitting or dropping in. I follow all instructions closely and ask questions if anything is unclear to make sure your pet’s routine stays consistent. I pay close attention to pet body language and behavior so I can respond calmly and appropriately in any situation. I’ll never force interaction, especially with shy or nervous pets. I’m also confident handling high-energy dogs or pets with special needs. You’ll receive regular updates, photos, and honest communication so you never have to wonder how things are going. My goal is to earn your trust and make your pet feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away.

A typical day

A typical day with pets depends heavily on their needs and energy level, but my goal is always the same: keep them happy, calm, and well cared for. During drop-ins, I make sure pets get potty breaks, meals, clean water, and plenty of love. If they’re playful, we’ll spend time with toys, play tug, or throw a ball around the yard. If they’re more relaxed, I’ll sit with them, offer gentle pets, or just keep them company. For walks, I adjust the pace based on the dog’s energy. I keep safety first at all times and make sure every walk is mentally and physically enriching. When I’m house sitting, I stay with your pet as much as possible to reduce stress. We stick to their usual routine: meals, walks, playtime, rest, and any special care they need. I’ll often try to implement enrichment, keep up with training, grooming, or even just being present so they never have to be alone. Every pet has their own personality, and I always try to meet them where they’re at with patience, and a lot of love. ❤️

Reliable and Flexible Pet Care

Pet care experience

Hi, I’m Audrey. I grew up around animals of all kinds. I specialize in caring for dogs and I have experience with many different breeds and backgrounds. I know how to work with dogs and other animals who have special needs or sensitivities from my time helping on my grandmother’s rescue farm, and my personal interest in learning about animals and the natural world. I’ve also picked up grooming and basic training skills, so I can handle brushing or practice commands. My schedule is flexible, and I focus on giving each pet the attention they need. Whether it’s walks, playtime, meals, or extra care for older dogs and those with special needs, I am a reliable friend for your pet, and will keep you updated on the fun we're having together. People I know often trust me with their own animals, and I bring that same care to every booking. I’ll send regular photos and updates so you can feel confident your dog is happy and well looked after. If you’d like, we can do a quick meet and greet first to see if it’s a good fit. Please send me any anything you’d like to inquire about!

Audrey was amazing with my dogs and cat! I was provided so much feedback and it eased my mind since my petsitters have only been family. I was looking for a regular sitter and Audrey was perfect for it!!

Audrey was excellent with our older dog’s walks. She paid close attention to him, and got him some good exercise without over-exhausting him. She made sure he was okay in the heat and stayed hydrated, which is something other walkers had neglected in the past…. She was communicative about how each walk went and always punctual and responsive to our messages. We will be having her help with walks for the foreseeable future.

Audrey was very communicative and easy to get a hold of! Audrey let us know that she was running late but made sure to work with us on getting Kora’s walk taken care of! Our dog Kora seemed to open up to her fairly quickly, so we appreciate Audrey for taking our girl on a walk today! I would definitely recommend Audrey 🙂

Audrey treats animals like they’re part of her family. I’ve seen how she cares for her own dogs and how she interacts with mine. always loving, and responsible. I would trust her completely to care for anyone’s pet. Respectful and communicative.
