Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine—it doesn’t feel like a task, it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I make time every day for feeding, walks, playtime, and any special care a pet might need, whether that's administering medication, doing training exercises, or simply providing companionship and comfort. When I'm pet sitting, I structure my schedule around the pet’s needs, I stay consistent with their usual routine to help them feel safe and at ease, whether it's early morning walks, mid-day check-ins, or evening snuggles. My goal is to keep things as normal and stress-free as possible for both the pet and their owner.

Safety, trust & environment

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, clean, and comforting environment that feels as close to their normal routine as possible. In my home, I offer a calm, pet-friendly space with plenty of room to play, rest, and explore. I keep everything secure and pet-proofed, and I always do a meet-and-greet beforehand to make sure your pet feels comfortable here. I do have 4 dogs of my own in home, so depending on your dog(s) and mine upon meet-and-greet, they will always have others to play with or I can always safely keep them separated, comfortable and calm at all times while staying with me. I follow your instructions closely—whether that’s diet, crate training, medication, or anything else—and provide updates so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. In your home, I make it a priority to respect your space while giving your pet the love and attention they need. I stick to their regular feeding, walking, and play schedules to minimize stress and keep things familiar. I’m also happy to take care of small household tasks like bringing in mail or watering plants while you're away. No matter the setting, I treat every pet like they’re my own—with patience, affection, and a whole lot of belly rubs and love!

A typical day

I love keeping pets happy and entertained, so I tailor activities to each pet’s personality and energy level! For dogs, that might mean long walks, fetch in the backyard, or fun brain games like treat puzzles or basic training sessions to keep their minds sharp. For high-energy pups, we might go on jogs or have extended playtime to burn off that extra zoom! For more laid-back pets—or senior animals—I focus on gentle play, short strolls, or just quality cuddle time. Cats might enjoy interactive toys, feather wands, or cozy windowsill birdwatching sessions. I also love giving pets one-on-one attention, whether it’s brushing, snuggling, or just hanging out together to help them feel calm and cared for. Every pet is different, so I always ask about their favorite games or routines and do my best to make their time with me fun and stress-free!

Loving Care When You’re Not There

Pet care experience

What sets me apart as a pet sitter is the genuine love and care I bring to every animal I work with, along with a deep understanding of their unique needs. I have experience working with a wide range of pets, from energetic puppies who need consistency and basic training, to senior pets who require extra patience, gentle handling, and possibly medication management. I’m skilled in reading animal body language, which helps me quickly build trust and create a calm, safe environment. Whether it’s reinforcing positive behavior in younger pets, helping with crate training, or making sure older pets stay comfortable and cared for, I tailor my approach to each individual animal. Your pet won’t just be looked after—I’ll treat them like family, with plenty of affection, play, and attention to their routines and preferences.

Audrey is the absolute best! She’s been helping me with my puppies since we brought them home. She’s always there to answer my questions. And she shows them so much love and pays attention to their individual needs. I would let her watch my fur babies any time!
