Pet care experience
Dogs are people too!
Mark had a dog as young as he can remember and I've always had a variety of pets, graduating to a dog in high school. We have experience in multiple breeds and ages, indoor dogs, outdoor farm dogs, reuniting lost dogs with owners. Pets become like one of the family and we enjoy caring for them as much. Mark works from home and I'm home by 3:15 so there's plenty of time for walks. We have a modest backyard and enjoy hiking and exploring on the weekends so there are lots of opportunities to get out into the sunshine with a fur buddy. We have one doggy at home now, Daphne. She is a 10 year old corgi mix and is pretty mellow. She loves her walks and isn't possessive of toys. We all look forward to the opportunity to care for a new friend.

Audra is a dog MOMA . Her little hound is a sweet corky mix who is very mellow and friendly. She spoiled my high maintenance Papion show dog 🐕 and my baby had a great time. Lots of walks with lots to pictures . This lady really loves hounds.
Love and trust Audra & Mark so much! Winnie always has a wonderful time there.

Schedule
Mark works from home and can oversee breakfast and potty breaks and I'm home in the early afternoon for walks. We regularly explore on weekends and will go for 3 to 5 miles. We always pack extra water and a travel dish!

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced yard and pets are free to explore the house. We like the furniture to be animal free and have an extra dog bed for sleepovers. We have only one permanent dog resident and only want to host dogs from one pet parent at a time so your dog will get personal time and attention.
Pets
A typical day
We live in a nice neighborhood where everyone walks their dogs in the evening. It's about a mile round trip and your dog is welcome to join every evening too. There's also a big fence dog run that we try to get to regularly. We also take longer walks a few times a week, along a path that follows behind the neighborhood(it's paved so no stickers). There's enough room in the backyard if your dog likes to fetch a ball and plenty of space in the living room to play with toys.

- Please ensure your dog is potty trained. Also, does your dog have food allergies? We give our doggie lots of treats so I want to be sure that's OK to share. Is your dog good in the car? We sometimes drive to the beach/ hiking locations.
