I require a meet and greet at a client's home before a first sit so that I can meet you and your pets, go over care instructions, and address any concerns either I or you might have before a sit. During sits, I will provide nightly updates (or more often if you desire) to keep you up to date on how your pet is doing and any concerns that might come up.

I would like to know if they have any allergies (food or otherwise), any other medical issues I should be aware of, what they enjoy eating, behavioral problems, and any limitations on what I can or can't do with them. I prefer medium-sized dogs like golden retrievers, collies, rottweilers, etc, but I will take care of pretty much any dog except huge ones.
A typical day
I generally try to stick to a pet's established routines as much as possible to minimize stress while you're gone, but you can expect lots of playtime and plenty of pets from me!

Pet care experience
Young professional looking to make some extra money on the side by caring for animals. I have owned and cared for dogs for over fifteen years (my family owns a chocolate lab and a rottweiler mix), and am a great lover of dogs and animals in general. I have extensive experience both housesitting and dogsitting. I am strong and able to walk multiple dogs at once if needed. I also have a lot of experience with cats (my family has owned anywhere from 1-4 at a time over the past several years), so if you need someone to take loving care of your cats, I can also provide that help!
