I had a disappointing experience with this dog sitter. I booked her services well in advance and discussed via messaging that I would be in contact with her for meet and greet prior to the dates. Approximately, 1.5 weeks before my departure, I reached out to confirm details, schedule a meet and greet and received no response. I contacted her twice with no luck. I then contacted Rover, and they also tried to reach out to her, but there was still no response. Ultimately, Rover refunded my money, but this left me with just one week to scramble and find another sitter. The situation was extremely stressful and upsetting. To date, I have not heard from Aubrey.
