I've been enamoured by dogs and cats since I was little. I've taken care of high maintenence dogs through Rover I.e. 24/7 care, let outside 6+ times a day etc. We've had cats in the house for a decade but no owned pets as of now. I'm happy to help and receptive to any small notes of care you'd like me to incorporate.

I have marked myself available for dates where I'm at home and on a break from studying at university. This means that I'll be in the house spending time with my family and your dog most the day. I don't have a job or any outdoor preoccupation. The work I have to do is online so even when I'm studying I'm usually on the couch with pooch curled up beside me.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced garden with double doors connected to the main living space. I usually leave these doors open for as much time as I can during the day so that the dog I'm boarding is free to wander in and out as they please. Obviously when I'm not able to keep an eye on them I keep them inside for safety reasons. I have a large indoor living area with a lot of open space. Our dining room and living room is connected. I also usually push the dining table aside while boarding because I mean more space for play! We allow dogs on the couch and usually they'll spend time splayed out there. During the day I'm either on the couch or at the dining table and either way I'll be in the room with the doggo. I'm also a big fan of taking pictures and letting owners know what their pup gets up to. I usually send a minimum of one picture a day.
A typical day
I really like to stimulate the dogs I look after. I'm especially aware that they may be missing their owners and might need to be kept more busy than usual. As I mentioned the doors to our back yard is open most the time, depending on the weather and I'm I'm present and able to monitor for safety reasons. This let's the dog find their own entertainment when they get bored and also let's me know if they want some stimulation. I live conveniently close to a lot of open parks. Your dog will not only have a large open space to enjoy but a wide variety of new spaces to explore. I have previously taken dog to woodland areas, open fields and have even taken them for swims in the local river. This of course can be followed up with a warm relaxing bath at home. I really enjoying playing with dogs. Whether their favourite game is tug, fetch, go find or puzzle games I am always ready to get involved and play with your dog. I'm always available for a cuddle on the coach if that's what your pooch prefers. A cozy snuggle on the coach or a nap between in my feet as I work, I'm always happy with a dog by my side.
