I have loved all animals since I was a little girl. My mom ran a daycare in our home from when I was 2 up until I was 12 years old. I have assisted my mom in cat rescuing in our old neighborhood. We have always fed the neighborhood cats. One of my cats is a rescue cat, Miss Tiana. My oldest cat, Oreo, is from the animal shelter. He will be 5 this year on my birthday. I wish I could take every animal that I see on the streets and take them in. Caring for animals has taught me the importance of having empathy, sympathy, and compassion. My fur babies have taught me patience and that love comes from all forms. I love that I have the ability to care for another being besides myself. I want this experience to increase my love of caring for other things and beings.

Safety, trust & environment
From personal experience, I care for my pets with the utmost care. Their litter box is cleaned 2-3 times a day. I feed them on a regular schedule. If any instructions are left for your pets, I will be sure to follow them and contact the owner if I have any questions.

Atira is the sweetest soul. She is friendly and super smart. This is my TNR partner when I catch cats that are in need. She is very observant and follows instructions well. With her help, we have been able to find many kittens a forever home. She is gentle and has the cutest voice that makes animals feel safe and unafraid. Animals respond PAWsitively to her. When it comes to pet sitting she'll be perfect. I promise you won't be disappointed.
Atira is a great friend of mine and growing up, she has ALWAYS been extremely great with all types of animals. from her own two cats, to watching my dog a few times when i had an emergency or trip planned. Being a fellow Rover myself, I know she’s well equipped to care for your fur babies! Atira has the sweetest soul, she’s very friendly, loving, and gentle. She is very thorough and will keep you updated on how your babies are doing throughout her stay. I would definitely recommend her over and over again!

Schedule
I currently work full time from the hours of 2-10PM Monday-Friday. I am currently in school full-time as well but it is strictly online. I am free on the weekends and before my shift starts at 2PM during the weekdays. I don’t mind dropping in during the mornings for walks, cleaning litter boxes, feedings, & playing.

- Please let me know if your pets have any special needs, schedules, and etc. Inform me of their favorite snacks, activities, and wind-down time. I will also like to be informed if I am coming into a clean environment. Please be mindful of the environment that your pets live in and the one you are inviting me to. Please inform me if your pet is hyper, anxious, shy, or has a history of being aggressive. These factors are all important to me to provide the utmost care to you and your pet. All in all, I am excited for our paws to meet.
