I follow each pet’s routine closely, keep their space clean, and make sure they always have fresh water, a tidy litter box, and a comfortable place to relax. I pay attention to body language, comfort levels, and any changes in behavior so pets feel understood and secure. Whether I’m in my home or a client’s, I create a peaceful, predictable environment where pets can feel safe, cared for, and genuinely at ease.

Athena is a mature, dependable and responsible young woman who loves animals. She helped take care of my beloved dog for many years and has helped with the care of my cat for the last several years. In addition, she’s been a loving companion to her own two dogs for over 10 years. She’s a very loving person and has an easy way about her. She gets along well with animals and people. She’s punctual and very communicative. She’s the best and I highly recommend her to take care of your pets.
Athena has taken excellent care of our fur babies during overnight and daytime visits over the past several years. She cares deeply about their comfort - takes them on frequent potty breaks with ample time to relieve themselves and soothes them with music and extra cuddles during thunderstorms. Athena takes good care of our home, is dependable, and our fur babies are always excited to see her!

Schedule
As a full-time school psychology graduate student at OSU, I intentionally and consistently incorporate pet care into my weekly routine. My class and assistantship schedule gives me predictable blocks of time throughout the day, which allows me to provide regular check‑ins, feeding, playtime, and companionship. I balance my academic work with pet care by planning, maintaining a structured routine, and ensuring every pet receives focused attention and a calm, reliable presence.
