My dog Scout has been staying overnight with Astrid when I travel for over 2 years now. Scout is an 8-year-old rescue border collie/pit mix. He doesn't get along with other dogs, doesn't like to be left alone for long periods, and can be hesitant to go on walks, so he can be complicated. But Scout LOVES going to Aunty Astrid's and is always relaxed and happy when we pick him up. Astrid is communicative, attentive to his likes and dislikes, and is a clear natural with dogs. She makes me feel at ease whenever I leave him because I know he is in good hands!

Schedule
Available for Pet Care evenings and overnights on a regular basis. Also available on short notice for walks, check ins, pet taxi, or veterinary escort.

Safety, trust & environment
I can provide overnight pet sitting service in my home or a client's home. For overnights, I would be available 6pm to 6am at a minimum. I love to take outdoor walks and/or park visits, but not dog parks. Daytime services available depending on schedule.
A typical day
My first goal is to privide safety and security to any pup who may be missing his/her family. Regular routine and as many cuddles as required... providing energy burners (walks/play time) at available intervals can also to balance a dog's energy and keep him/her happy. If a dog is super comfortable, I can also add some basic training practice (after discussion with owner to be consistent with any regular training).
