Im currently going to community college, so it’s safe to say I’m free Friday-Sunday, I can also make time during the work week but it is something I need to discuss! I also have my own pets that I’m required to take care of because my folks are away for long periods of time so I’m available 10-3:30pm and 4:30-8:00pm and after 9pm I’m m available for late night visits! Hopefully not too late :)

Since my dog is very anxious, and raised in covid times, he’s not very sociable with others. I’d love to walk them, wipe them down, give meds/play/cuddle with them. I think I’m pretty good at reading animal body language so I’ll be able to assess what your animal needs from me, ensuring they’re as comfortable as possible!

To feel confident in taking care of your pet I’d love to hear a little about them, maybe places they don’t like to be touched or if they need medication! As an owner I know you’ll be concerned about their well being and I want to do my best to make you feel at ease. But overall I’m pretty flexible.
A typical day
Im down to rough house a bit, play with their favorite toys, play fetch or chase with them. Walking of course. I also love to cuddle and help relax my animals. Maybe have them do a few tricks for a treat, all in good moderation of course!

Pet care experience
I’ve always had a pet dog growing up. My first was a standard poodle, with a sensitive tummy. Then I moved to California, and took care of my childhood dog for 3 years. A maltipoo who has grown older, needing walks once a day, and his meds. I moved back to Washington, welcomed by a pitty with lots of energy, and a puppy with potty training issues. During that time I walked 3 of my neighbors dogs to make cash. Currently I live with a ball python, a curious girl, and an anxious rat terrier who requires 3 walks a day and meds. Because I’ve moved around a lot I’ve learned to adapt to the animals around me and what they need. Nothing beats the feeling of caring for an animal.

One of Ashwin’s greatest qualities is her love and care for all kinds of animals. She loves visiting pet stores just to see and interact with the animals, always treating them so gentle. She grew up around dogs and has years of experience caring for them such as walking, feeding, playing with them, and helping them to their needs. Currently, she takes care of both a dog and a snake which shows her ability to handle different types of pets. Overall, Ashwin knows how to handle pets and is very passionate about them.
Ashwin is an incredibly responsible and loving pet caregiver. She’s attentive, patient, and truly cares about every pet’s comfort and happiness. I always feel confident leaving my pets in her care.
Ashwin was an incredible sitter for our two dogs, Rokko and Seven. Rokko is a curious border terrier mix who notices everything, and Ashwin gave him the space and attention he needs to feel comfortable and engaged. Seven is our energetic maltipoo, full of excitement and personality, and Ashwin matched his energy with genuine affection and patience. What stood out most was how naturally Ashwin connected with both of them. It was clear they felt safe, relaxed, and happy in her care. We came home to two well cared for dogs who were calm, content, and clearly loved. We trust Ashwin completely and would not hesitate to refer other pet parents to booking her or recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their dogs.
Ashwin walks and feeds my 6 year old Rat Terrier who gets supplements with his food. She takes him on long walks so much so that at his last vet visit, the doctor commented on how good his musculature was. He’s a bit reactive and Ashwin has managed him well despite his tendency to bark at other dogs. He’s been improving with the consistency of his walks with Ashwin.
