Animals have always been at the center of my life, as a child my mom and I showed dogs almost every weekend. With that came the responsibility of feeding, socializing, grooming, and cleaning up after furry friends. In those years I met many different breeds and learned so much about the needs and habits of dogs. In my adult years, I never lost that love, always having pets of my own and finding such joy in caring for them I decided to start looking into making a career out of what I love the most. This led to a job with Petco where my knowledge of animal care was extended beyond just dogs and cemented that working with animals was something I couldn't live without. I still help out at my local store with stocking and am in school for veterinary technology. In the past I have worked at a veterinary hospital giving comfort to animals who come to visit, drawing blood, assisting in appointments, walking dogs, general cleaning duties, and providing company to animals staying for extended periods of time. I am able to administer medication to animals during sitting if necessary and am also a huge fan of fetch/ tug and all the other fun doggie activities for our more active friends. Although my love for dogs is beyond measure, kitties are my weakness, no furry friends are excluded. Please reach out for any of your pet sitting or dog walking needs!

Safety, trust & environment
I know how important routine is to animals and I will follow any instructions given to tee. I do not offer care in my home as my apartment does not allow but when I care for your animals they will be treated as if they are my own. There will be no lack of love or playtime and I will be sure the safety of your pet is my top priority while they are in my care.

The best pet sitter your pets could ever hope to have!! Ashton is so kind, responsible, personable, a true animal lover and a vet professional. She took care of our five cats and home while we were away for a week and even managed to quickly problem solve when one of them locked himself in a bathroom - gosh, knows how! It was always clear from pictures how much our crew loved her and followed her everywhere! She's the gold standard!

Ashton did a great job she was very flexible and was able to change her schedule to fit what worked best and went above and beyond.
My pup, Oliver, just loved Ashton! I got constant updates and pictures which put me at ease. He got lots of walks, time and attention. Usually when I get home from a trip, Oliver is exhausted for days as he doesn’t sleep well when I’m not home. When I came home after this trip, he was his normal self and was right on routine! Already booked our next time with Ashton before she gets booked up! I highly recommend her!
Ashton was fantastic with our three cats! She gave regular updates, took photos and was very detail oriented with our cat’s care. Would definitely recommend and book with Ashton again!

Schedule
I currently work full time but do have flexible scheduling. I am available for morning walks or drop ins between 8:30-11 on most weekdays. I am available on weekends for walking or sitting.Available on week nights . If needed I am flexible and can accommodate other days. I would never accept a job where I did not believe I could give your furbaby adequate time.
