Highly recommend, She’s quick witted and professional. She was really good at giving updates, sending pics of our girls, as well as caring for our dogs. Will be hiring again!

We hired Ashlyn for a week long stay. I explained very clearly my dogs needs and what I expected out of the sitter we hired, as we have had bad luck with a sitter in the past and I wanted to save ourselves the stress of another bad experience while trying to enjoy our vacation. I even told her that we had cameras and I do check in on the dogs often. First day she tells me how much time she has taken our dogs out, but when I check the camera recordings, this is not what I see. I decided to just let it go and try not to stress it. That evening I notice the last time the dogs went out was 7:45pm. Ashlyn was up until nearly 11pm, but the dogs did not go out again. Next morning I wake up to check and see that the dogs have been wondering around since 5am, in and out of the bedroom trying to alert her they need to go out. I text and get no response. I call a few times, no answer. I start talking through the camera just outside of the bedroom door, begging her to take them out. All the while, I’m watching the dogs using my rugs as a bathroom, since they could not hold it any longer. I finally send a neighbor to knock on the door. He rings the doorbell three times, each time causing both dogs to bark like crazy. Still nothing! Not once did Ashlyn get up and tend to the dogs. Finally, at nearly 10am, I send police to my house because I start to worry that something has happened to Ashlyn. To my astonishment, nothing was wrong with her. No reason for her not attending to the dogs and allowing them to pee and poop all over the house. She then had to nervous to get snotty and proclaim she had done nothing wrong. I’m stunned that other people have given her positive reviews. I guess their dogs are able to hold themselves much longer than my dogs can. I even told her they were used to being home all day, and go out often. She didn’t seem to care one bit. I plan to fight the $109 I was charged for the 24 hours she neglected my dogs, considering I’ll easily pay $300-$500 having my rugs cleaned when we get home. Just… wow!
