I am a young professional living in Pelham. I graduated from Auburn in 2023, my job is hybrid/ working from home so I do have decent flexibility. Since I am just starting up pet sitting again I am only accepting requests within a 10-mile radius and will likely expand later on! I have many years of experience on Rover since it was one of the main ways I made some extra money while in college. I’ve always loved spending my extra time with animals and I wanted to start doing it again after settling down after my move and new job up here in Birmingham! I am pretty flexible with times and dates since I more or less create my own work schedule.

In my home, my husband and I have a three bedroom house with a fully fenced backyard for your pet to run and play in! I have four dogs so dogs that don’t mind being in the same home as other dogs is preferred but I always keep your pet separate from my pets unless you tell me it is alright for them to meet and play! My dogs are quite calm and do not mind other animals being in the house. If you have any questions about your pet staying in my home don’t be afraid to ask! All my dogs are dog friendly and up to date on all yearly vaccinations. In your home I care for your pet however you want me to. I always follow any safety or cleaning instructions set by you. I always make sure your pet is safe and happy (and fed if you want) before leaving. I lock any doors that were locked when I entered. I make sure I don’t track in any dirt, if I do I clean it up! I do not give any of my own treats to your dog without asking you first, I may not know what allergies/ sensitivities they do or don’t have. I will give plenty of treats if you say it is okay!

I do not have any breed preferences whatsoever all pets are great pets! I would like to know if they are skittish with new people so I can make sure I establish a great bond of trust with your pet. I would also like to know if they have any allergies to food/ treats or if you have any rules for them you would like for me to adhere to (for example: not allowing your dog on furniture, sitting for treats, etc.).
Ein typischer Tag
I would love to play games with your pets and engage with them! If you request walks I will give them a nice, well paced walk with plenty of sniffing time to ensure they are stimulated physically and mentally! I also have many licki-mats if you would like for me to use them, and a large yard to play fetch in!

I can take care of any animal you have! I have experience caring for dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, birds, horses, goats, cows, and pigs! I have about a year of veterinary clinic experience as well so I am comfortable administering most medications, including injections. My main priority is your pets health, safety, and happiness while I am watching them. I am very detail oriented and patient with animals of all shapes and sizes. I also love sending you pictures of your pet(s) while I am watching them! Let me care for your furry/scaly/feathery friends!
