Hi, I’m Ashling! Animals have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, spent my teenage years as the go-to neighborhood babysitter and pet sitter, and today, I’m a proud pet parent to two wonderful Wheatens of my own. Because of my personal experience with dogs of all backgrounds, I understand that every animal is unique. My philosophy is to always meet animals where they are at—building trust at their pace while providing a safe, confident, and structured environment.

Ashling is a wonderful pet sitter! She has cared for my dog and cat for years. I have a very old dog and an exotic cat that she is wonderful with. My pets are extremely attached to her. I have also met her own pets, one of which has special needs, and she is the best dog mom as well! Ashling has the code to my house and has been fantastic about stopping in to check on my pets if we are held up at work or something comes up. I think that Ashling would be an incredible fit for the Rover team. She is kind, patient, reliable, and above all, absolutely loves animals.
