Hi! I'm Ashlie. I have not known life without a dog and hope I never do! I have owned and cared for different breeds since I was a teenager. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, dogs with special needs or medication requirements, and dogs with high energy that require more play or exercise. I am a clear communicator and will adapt to your preferences regarding photo and message updates. I would love to meet your pup(s)! I am adaptable to your pets needs in your home and on walks, whether that is patience while they get to know me and become more comfortable, or if we need to avoid interaction with other pets on walks, and I love high energy pups! I have an anxious dog myself and have to introduce her to new people and pets slowly. Whatever you and your pet need from me in order for your pet to feel safe, happy, comfortable, I am happy to accommodate within reason.

We have been so lucky to have Ashlie watching our dear Ollie for the past ten years while we are out of town. She is incredibly loving, dependable, and always treats him like he's her own. She makes sure he gets plenty of attention, gives walks, and is always happy to help with his feedings and medications. We only trust a select few of people with him, and she is definitely one of them.
Ashlie is an excellent dog guardian! She is a loving mom to her own fur baby and has been wonderful with mine. Ashlie is responsible, respectful, trustworthy and geniunely enjoys taking care of dogs. Your pup will be in great hands!

Schedule
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING HOUSE SITTING: At this time I am offering extended DAY TIME services, not overnight services. This will include but is not limited to extended walks, extended playtime and extended visiting hours; extended early morning and later evening time. It is meant to be more cost effective for you than booking multiple drop in visits or walking services, and more hands on than overnight sitting where your pet and I are sleeping. Rest assured I will only commit to your booking request if I can meet the needs. I work from home part-time with a flexible schedule. At times I have obligations on a few evenings and/or weekends. It doesn’t impact my ability to accommodate your dogs routine if I have accepted your request.

- Please let me know in advance if your dog has special needs - mobility or touch/sound sensitivities, medication needs etc. I need a very clear understanding of your expectations so that I can ensure your pet is getting the care they need. Please also be very clear about temperament. If your dog is anxious, does not interact well with new people or other pets, and how they are on a leash.
