Growing up my neighbors always had dogs and we often took care of them while they were away, which is where my love for dogs began. In college my roommate bought a puppy and I helped her raise it for the first 2 years until we graduated. During this time, my responsibilities were being the first one to take her out to the bathroom in the morning, being that I was always the first one awake! Also because I enjoy going for runs, I was the one who brought Finn on daily walk/runs, while also helping train her to live inside our house. Also, in college, the family I nannied bought a puppy and I helped them through the first steps of training her. During this process I really learned the steps of how to care for dogs being that I was the one taking care of her from 7-5 each day. I am looking into adopting a puppy of my own now, but I wish to be more financially stable before I get one. So to satisfy my puppy fever, for now I hope to dog sit and dog walk until I can afford one of my own!
