Growing up I always dreamt of working with animals, I would volunteer at my local shelters and donate my stuffed animals yearly as a tradition. My first job was at an animal ER when I was only 15, which opened up a world of possibilities. I have been working with animals for 11 years now such as fostering, hospice care, managing shelter/rescues, animal control, doggie daycare, general practice and ER.

Unable to board in my home, but willing to travel and care in yours. Whether it is pet sitting, boarding, walking, or quick visits for potty/food breaks. I am comfortable with injections and/or medications. I am CPR certified and trained in identifying common injuries/toxicities.

We always love love love having Ashley watch our puppies. This time she spend an overnight with our elderly German Shepherd. Originally we had schedule a drop in visit, but needed to switch to an overnight relatively last minute. Ashley didn’t miss a beat and was extremely flexible. She’s great at giving all the love and care our aging dogs need.

Schedule
I recently moved to Roanoke from Central IL. I currently work at an animal urgent clinic. I also pick up relief shifts at the ER. While my schedule does vary, I typically work 4 weekday evenings and occasionally a Saturday or Sunday morning.
