I have tons of experience with large high energy pups! I had 3 huskies (one sadly passed away so I only have two now) but I was able to walk them and run them multiple times a day. I feel very confident and maintain complete control- even if the dog tends to pull a little or might get excited over other animals or people. I have volunteered with rescue organizations before as well so I have experience with a large variety of dogs.

Ashley is great with dogs! She has taken care of my dog, Emma, a bunch of times! Emma loves her! She always gets so excited when she sees Ashley! Ashely has been able to help me by checking in on Emma in my apartment and taking her for walks if I have to work late. Also, Ashley dog sat for me when I was out of town for a week recently. Emma had so much fun with Ashley!
You can not compare Ashley's care and concern for dogs to anyone. She is the best and most trust worthy when it comes to my pups. She always puts their needs first and truly cares about their well being. She knows more about what it takes to care for a dog than anyone I know. She was meant to be surrounded by dogs and it shows in her ability to care for her own and others dogs. When she has watched my pups, she always made sure they were a priority and took them out when needed, played with them and fed them. She never missed a beat and I never had to worry. Ashley truly is the best when it comes to caring for your pups!

I love working with all dogs and have a lot of experience with reactive dogs. I am happy to work with all dogs, but would just love to know ahead of time about behaviors on leash, behavior with food/treats and anything else that would help me make sure that your dog is comfortable and safe.

I am very active so I love walking and running dogs (up to owners of course) and playing with toys, interacting with them, and making the dog(s) time with me a very comfortable and happy experience! I know how it can be stressful for the pets and owners to be apart- my dogs are my life and I want the absolute best for them- and it’s amazing to know that when we have a dog sitter for them, that they are happy and taken care of! I am still new to the Colorado Springs area so I don’t have a ton of special places to go, but I love walking at different parks and around the neighborhoods here. I stay away from busy streets as much as possible (my dog doesn’t like the loud noise of traffic so we just always avoid busy streets) and I enjoy finding different trails as well to walk dogs on.

I am a teacher so I have early and late hours available. I love being active and can do short walks/runs or even many miles if you are looking for that! I am also available weekends anytime!
