Pet care experience
I am a responsible young professional working in Ann Arbor and living in Ypsilanti (about a mile outside depot town) who is excited to begin adding dog-sitting and dog-walking into my flexible schedule. I currently have a young chihuahua mix named Sprout who gets along with every human and dog he meets. I have a history of fostering dogs, including over 9 months fostering a special needs dog with skin and health issues. I have also regularly pet sit for friends and family over the years. I am patient with all energy levels and temperaments and I absolutely love dogs of all shapes and sizes. I am very active and more than willing to tire your pup out on a long walk or jog - I'm happy to accommodate whatever you and your fur baby need!

I lived with Ashley when she decided to provide a home to a special needs foster dog named Kevin. Kevin was inbred and rescued from living life tied up on a chain in a chicken coop. He had a plethora of medical issues, primarily with his hair & skin - and Ashley bathed him regularly, provided a proper diet, ensured regular vet visits, and even rubbed ointments and treatments into his skin every night. She was the best, most patient foster mama I have ever seen, which only ended when Kevin was adopted by another loving family. Since then, Ashley has watched my dog Kona on numerous occasions and he never wants to come home! She is a great pet sitter - responsible, punctual, professional, responsive, friendly - and most of all, a pet LOVER!! I highly recommend her!
