I am currently a senior in high school, so I am free to take care of pets before and after school. I am able to take care of pets in the morning before 7:30 AM and in the afternoon after 2 PM on weekdays. I am available all day on the weekends.

In a clients home, I ensure that all dogs are let outside to use the restroom early in the morning, early afternoon, and the evening. For cats, I clean their litter boxes twice a day so that they have a clean bathroom. I provide food and medications at the times that I am told they need it. If a pet needs to be crated or put in a certain place while I am not there I ensure that happens. Furthermore, I spend quality time with all pets so that they get the attention they deserve while their owners are away!

Prior to scheduling, it is important for me to know any special needs your pet may have. This can include needing assistance with walking or going up and down stairs, or needing to change pet diapers.
A typical day
I love to play with and show affection to pets. With high energy pets I like to run around and play with toys to get their energy out properly. Giving pets and hugs is a priority to me to ensure that your pets are happy and feel loved while you are away.

Pet care experience
I have had dogs ever since I was a child. This includes all ages from puppies to seniors. I also spent a few months working at a veterinary hospital in the boarding department. My duties included walking, feeding, and administrating medication.

Ashley is a true pet lover. She has three dogs and two cats, all of which she shows extreme care for not only with their physical needs, but their emotional needs as well. She spends time petting them and playing with them. She feels very compassionate for animals, even rescuing ones she sees on the street and returning them to their owners. She’s cared for our dogs and is extremely responsible.
Ashley has dog sat for me lots of times and is amazing at it! She always makes sure to give both my dogs the correct medications at the correct times and always makes sure they are let out on time! Ashley is my go to if i ever need a dog sitter!
