I want to preface this by saying Ashley is a sweet girl and I think would make a fine pet sitter for a non-puppy or uncrated dog. She was very sweet and patient the first day when my girl was very nervous about someone new in the house. I hired an in house pet sitter, as I have an 8 month puppy who is still crated when alone. I specifically mentioned this and that she could be in the crate for 5-6 hours if needed, but our schedule clearly showed she is only crated for 4-6 hours throughout the day ( I work from home full time). My puppy spent the majority of her time in the crate for the week Ashley stayed (often 9 hours a day). I often had to send a text and ask when she would be taken out. Ashley did communicate with me that my pup was chewing the carpet and going under the bed and asked for tips. When I arrived home there was carpet pieces all over the house, the sticky squares the hold the carpet in place were all missing and a box of old family photos was completely destroyed under the bed. I understood some chewing but this must have taken extensive time to do this damage. I do have a puppy cam and mentioned this during our meet & greet. The first day she turned the camera so my view was greatly diminished. Throughout the week her sweet attitude towards my puppy changed to ignoring her, and seemingly talking to someone on the phone about how she’s ’being bad per usual’ and is so bad. She is an 8 month puppy who spent 9 hours crated and then wasn’t getting enough attention or out of crate time, so I am not surprised she was naughty. I will take the extra crate time as a miscommunication between us on exactly what her schedule was and the amount of time she was able to provide, however I would have hoped the out of crate time was much more fulfilling to drain her energy. All in all, my puppy was ok but I assumed a different level of care with an in house pet sitter and should have taken the time to discuss further.

Ashley is incredible. Both of our pups were super sleepy and ready to relax when we got home from a long day at work. Ashley even updated me and sent me pictures of them playing in the yard. I knew our babies were in good hands! Can't wait to book with her again.

Ashley is an amazing person with a a love and passion for animals. She is a dog-mom herself and cares deeply for the wellbeing of all animals. Anyone would be lucky to have her love on their fur-baby!
