Big or small, we love to play!
I’ve had dogs my whole life. I also have a dog that loves to play with other dogs. Willing to walk dogs and spend time with your dog in your home or mine. I do have a 1 year old who will be with me. Preferred if dog is good with kids and of course I will monitor my child around your animal (as I do with my own dog). I like to take our dog running in the hills usually off leash. My dog has a training collar so if that is something your dog has or is good at coming back when called, they will be a good fit!

I can’t recommend Ashley enough as a pet sitter on Rover. From the very beginning, she was reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring, not just toward my pet, but also in keeping me updated and reassured while I was away. One thing that really stood out to me is her background in healthcare. It gave me an extra level of confidence knowing she is detail oriented, responsible, and able to handle situations calmly and thoughtfully. You can tell they bring that same level of professionalism and compassion into how she cares for animals. She is also a person of strong faith and integrity, which really shows in the way they treat both people and pets with kindness, patience, and respect. My dog was happy, well cared for, and clearly comfortable in their presence. I would absolutely trust Ashley again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone dependable and truly caring to look after their pets.

Schedule
I work part time, each week is different for what day. Only 2-3 a week. I have a dog at home who loves to play with other dogs as well. He’s a husker/golden. We love to take him for runs (mostly because he’s chubby) and he loves to cuddle. So we know all about cuddly pets.

I have a fenced yard and a 1 year old son. I am easy to let dogs out and or go for walks (love to get exercise in). Fresh air is the best and getting out of the house! I know the importance of being present with your dog.. I love when people stay to give my dog company and not make him feel lonely.
Pets
A typical day
Take your dog on a walk or play fetch. I can also let him play with my dog in our fenced yard! It’s a good way to get their energy out. We love to be outside and go for walks especially with the weather cooling down.
