At my home I have many places that I can take the doggos on a walk as being downtown leaves endless options. As well I have a small patio and small fenced in yard in the back. I like to take the dogs for a walk about every three hours or according to the dogs capabilities if sooner or less is needed. They are allowed to treat my home like their own and will get lots of love and attention.

Please have the dogs vet info, and as well as a secondary number for emergencies just in case the pet parent cannot be reached. I will try to reach the pet parent first, however if there is no answer, and the dog is hurt or sick, I will contact their regular vet which was disclosed on the paperwork and follow their instructions and advice and continue to try and reach the pet parent. If there are special considerations, plans, medical issues or diet restrictions please list and submit any documents or notices at least 24 hrs in advance so that I can prepare properly.
A typical day
I love to take the time to get to know them and then work one on one playing with them so I can build up a trust with them and to let them feel comfortable with me. I will engage with them as much as possible.

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of pets my entire life in some capacity, however in 2022, I started taking care of others dogs while they were away or working. I thoroughly enjoyed helping the clients and they all knew that the dog would be taken care of just like they were my own baby. I have lots of experience with all breeds and have had a small breed myself as well as large breeds. My first little guy lived until he was almost 19, and his life span was supposed to be 14-16. My vet always said he was running on love. When he turned 16 he lost bladder control and at 17 he became blind but was still so happy and full of life. You’d think he was a puppy! I decided to study training and behaviour so I could help him keep safe, and thankfully he did. As a result I’ve become familiar with training and even trained my large breed baby to be a service dog. She absolutely loved to help and even helped family and friends as well.

Chester seems to have had the time of his life with Ashley & her dog -he may actually be annoyed that I picked him up to come home! It looks like he enjoyed lots of walks and cuddle time. Thank you again Ashley!
Ashley is amazing with companion animals. She is knowledgeable and responsible, treating them like they're her own. Ashley watched my 2 cats for a weekend when I went to a wedding this summer. One of my cats is almost 18 years old and takes medication twice daily via tablets and liquid. I have always felt safe leaving my cats with Ashley.
