I have cared for my family's Labrador Retriever until I was 15 years old. After that, I babysat numerous dogs for friends and family. I have walked, fed, snuggled and played with dogs of all sizes. I am responsible and patient, and eager to babysit other dogs in NYC! Your dog will be well taken care of by both me and my partner, who lives with me and works from home. He also has amble animal experience. We live just two blocks away from Central Park.

Ashley and Gabriel were both so accommodating and sweet. We got lots of photo updates and Chief always seemed like a a happy camper! We felt like he was in good hands and he will hopefully be back to see them again in the future!
Archer had a great time and Ashley was very responsive and sharing photos and updates of Archie during all the stay. They were very adjusting on drop off and pick up as well.
Ashley and her partner were awesome. I received updates daily and pictures. Snoopy had a great time playing and going on walks at the park. I would definitely rebook with Ashley in the future.
Ashley was amazing! Max had some tummy issues & she did a great job updating me & taking care of him. I also had some flight delays getting home & she was so gracious and flexible with me. Max had a great stay and will definitely be reaching out again! 🩵

Schedule
I am a PhD student in NYC with a flexible schedule. I am available for long walks with dogs in the early am (before 9am) or the afternoon (after 5 pm). I am available for drop ins or shorter walks throughout the day. My weekends are available.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment without a balcony, so it is a safe environment for dogs. I enjoy long walks and happy to care for dogs that need a lot of exercise. My partner is a runner and can run with high energy dogs if needed.
A typical day
Living only two blocks away from Central Park, I am excited to take dogs on long walks. Our one bedroom apartment also has space for light activities and fun! I am happy to incorporate any specific exercise or play that is needed.
