Ashley took great care of our guy. She was very responsive when I sent messages to check-in on him, and sent photos of him throughout his stay. We are so glad we found Ashley and will definitely be using her again!!
Fantastic, as usual. My pups LOVE visiting Ashley; they run to her door when we get there and settle in before I leave.
We hit the jackpot with this sitter!!! She was fabulous with our dog's care, providing pictures during his stay, providing appropriate exercise, and plenty of activity with other dogs. Moose came home with a "treat bag", as if he had gone to a party, and he hasn't stopped playing with his new toy. Already have the next stay booked.
Dog trainer to care for your pet
***Update! As of April 1st, I'll be adding daycare to the services I offer. I'm so excited to be able to be more available for all your pet needs.***
Thank you for taking time to read more about me, and to seeing if I'd be a good fit for your furry family member.
I grew up with dogs and horses my entire life, both training and competing with them. Almost twelve years ago, I made ...
What Ashley would like to know about your dog
New clients, please answer all of the following questions when you send your request:
-Are you okay with me to posting photos of your dog to my Rover profile, Instagram and my Facebook page? If not, I am happy to follow your request for privacy, just please make me aware of your wishes.
-Email address if you'd like to be added to my quarterly newsletter.
-Desired drop off and pick up times (boarding= 24 hour period, daycare= Drop off 7-9am and pick up 4-6pm). Should you need to pick up for boarding past the 24 hour period, a daycare charge will be added.
-What does your pet's regular feeding and potty schedule look like?
-Do they have lots of energy, or do they just want to cuddle on the couch all day?
-Is your pet a fence jumper?
-Do they have separation anxiety?
-Does your pet mark in unfamiliar places?
-Do they chew or take things off the counter?
-Does your pet like to bark?
-Do they have any special needs, allergies or take any medications?
All of these things are important to know, so I can keep them safe and happy during their stay with me. I like to know what the dog's regular schedule looks like, so their transition to my house is as stress free as possible. Routines are an integral part of a pet's life, and the more I can mimic them, the less stressful it is for your pet.
***My guest dogs become part of my family, and I offer repeat client rewards/discounts, as well as multiple dog, extended stay (9+ nights) and referral discounts.***
Things to bring with your dog, for their stay:
-enough food (portioned out per meal) for the entire stay, plus one day
-medication/supplements clearly labeled with dosage instructions
-collar or harness
-emergency contact information
***Please do not bring toys or beds, as they may be lost or damaged during play. Should your dog want their own quiet space to relax, we do have extra crates for them to borrow.***
I accept altered, unaltered, and females in heat. All sizes and breeds are welcomed and loved!
For unaltered dogs that board at my house, I do require they are crate trained. Because I accept both unaltered males and females, I need to be able to safety contain and securely separate them, should I have a guest who is in/comes into heat.
