I'm WFH full-time and am able to offer boarding and doggy daycare for small breeds only (under 15lbs due to weight restrictions at my apartment, house-trained, and not prone to loud barking or urine marking), but since I have two cats with limited space, I require a meet and greet in my home prior to booking. While I do offer house sitting and drop-in visits, I have a diabetic cat that requires insulin injections 8am & 8pm which does mean I have to stay pretty local for overnight & prefer no more than 5 nights (also if you have a diabetic cat too, I got you!). House sitting rates includes staying in your home around the clock, aside from my twice a day trips home and any errands or other drop-ins I might have. If 30-60 min drop ins are too short for your fur baby's needs, please select house sitting option and I will work with you to stay in the home as much as you need even if overnights aren't necessary :)

When first meeting clients I like to do a thorough walk-through of everything there is to know about their pup's feeding and walking schedule as well as about the home (alarms, spare keys, guest room etc.) that way I have less questions for the owner while they are away and can confidently jump into the dog's regular routine without any hiccups.

In order to provide the best service, I want to know everything about your dog! I wouldn't babysit a child without knowing any special needs/requirements, and a pet is no different. You can expect me to ask questions regarding their temperament, favorite toy, medications, feeding schedule, and bad habits such as howling and barking during the night or excessive leash pulling.
A typical day
I do not have a one size fits all approach to pet sitting and take into account each dog's personality and energy levels. For the more active and playful pups I like looking up nearby parks and trails we can explore and make sure to play as much as they want in the home. With older or more laid back dogs I am happy keeping the outdoor excursions short and spending more time cuddling on the couch!
