I understand dog behavior to a good degree as I studied it while in school to earn my degree, so being able to safely walk a dog even if they are reactive is something I feel comfortable with.

A typical day
I typically walk in areas that are low in volume with other dogs, on walking trails in Alexandria or areas with a lot of shade and trees!

Pet care experience
As a person who has been the primary care taker of my pets since I was 8, I know the right way to take care of animals and know how hard it can be to find quality care for our furry friends. With 2 cats of my own and with several previously owned dogs, I know I can provide excellent care to all kinds of animals! I also have a Veterinary Assisting degree, so also being able to alert owners of any health issues to be wary of is something I take seriously!

Ashley did a wonderful job caring for my cat and home while I was out of town! She maintained great communication throughout my time away and made my cat feel very comfortable. Will definitely book with her again!
