I am a fourth grade teacher, so my schedule is completely open in the summer. During the school year, my availability is mostly limited to weekends.

At my home I have a fenced in backyard and two high energy dogs ( a Dutch Shepherd and a Corgi) who would love a buddy to play with. I also have three children, ages 8-15, who like to help take care of our furry friends. At your home you can expect your pet to be cared for just like you were there, whether they need to be walked or just let out and played with while you are away. Dogs must be crate trained for boarding or day care at my home. This allows me to make sure my pets and yours are safe when I leave the house.

A typical day
I'm pretty flexible with my schedule, so if there's anywhere in particular you'd like your dog to visit, just let me know. I am as happy to have a leisurely walk with a mellow dog who wants to sniff and explore as I am to tire out a dog with high energy.

I grew up with several different kinds of animals at home. My first job was at a pet store and I have continued to love caring for animals since then. I've taken care of friends and neighbors pets for several years. I am comfortable with any pet, as long as they have a good temperament.

Ashley is great with animals. She has watched my dog and my cats numerous times. My dog did much better with Ashley coming over to the house vs. having him stay at a kennel. She came over multiple times during the day to walk him, feed him and to give him his medicine. Even the cats did great with Ashley coming into the house. Ashley has a great personality, she's trustworthy and responsible. I would recommend having Ashley watch any pet you had. She also does great with little animals. My grandkids had some hamsters at the house and she took care of them as well.
Ashley is amazing caretaker. Not only does she have a plethora of her own furry friends to love but she has cared so well for our dogs, cats and turtles alike. Highly recommend her services.
