I am happy to care for your pup in your home and will follow any and all requirements you have put in place (i.e., if there are any restrictions on rooms and/or furniture). If getting the dog outside of the house is what you need - I am happy to go on walks of all lengths or take your pup(s) to the dog park if that is something you're comfortable with.

Let me know if your dog has any health concerns and/or quirks that I should be aware of so I can adjust accordingly. I have watched dogs that are prone to seizures and require different medications at different times of days, some which require a few tricks up the sleeve for successful administration. Or if there are smaller things I should be aware of, like needing to cross the street when walking if it's best to avoid other dogs.
A typical day
A typical day for me will revolve around what your pup needs! If they are high energy and need some outdoor time, I love long walks and playing fetch! Happy to scout out areas near your home that work well and your dog is familiar with. If dog parks are something you and your pup are comfortable with I am happy to go there, too! But if company is more of what your dog needs, I am happy to spend quality time with them, giving them all of the pets, and ensuring their needs are met.

Pet care experience
I've recently relocated to Denver and as I figure out my next steps, I have full availability to help care for your pup(s)! My husband and I have done Rover for years, and I have decided to break out into one of my own (please see his profile for additional references from when we rovered together: https://www.rover.com/members/kevin-m-home-full-time-to-dog-sit-any-dog/). I have 14+ years of experience owning and caring for dogs of all sizes (from Chihuahuas to Great Danes), all ages (from puppies to elderly dogs who require a bit more care and attention), all personality types (from introverted to higher maintenance), and various durations (from a few hours to a couple of weeks). Please feel free to check out my photo gallery for photos of a couple dozen of the dogs I've been lucky to watch over the years. I have helped care for anywhere from 1 to 5 pups at a time and get so much joy from making sure they are safe, loved, and happy. If interested, I enjoy sending pictures/videos to owners throughout the day so they can rest assured that their pup is in good hands and getting all that they need. I am available for walks (of all lengths), dog parks, and everything in between, including check-ins.
