Ashley was able to board my Great Dane on short notice. She was very accommodating and I could tell my dog was well cared for. I would recommend her, and plan to use her Rover service in the future.

Smoky absolutely loved his stay with Ashley and family; and Luna 🥰😁 we were away for a week and Ashley was very good about sending updates and sharing videos of Smoky so we knew how he was doing! We also appreciated her allowing us to use our tracking collar at her home so we knew he was safe 😊 Smoky was so happy and didn’t want to leave; we would be happy to use Ashley again for our dog sitting needs 😃 thank you!

I almost never leave negative reviews, but pet parents deserve to know the experience I had. Ashley seems like a nice person, and I really hope my experience was just completely out of the norm. I booked Ashley for two visits a day for a total of 6 visits. Meet and greet ahead of time went just fine. First visit also went fine. After she was 30 minutes late for the next morning visit, I reached out in the Rover app to find out why. It was very cold and her car battery wouldn't start and she was waiting for AAA. Totally understandable, although I wish she would have reached out to me instead of the other way around. AAA took so long we arranged other care for that morning. That evening visit went fine. The next morning, again Ashley didn't start her visit on time. I reached out several times via the Rover app and heard nothing. I tried calling several times through the app- the phone rang, but the mailbox was full. Once Ashley was an hour late, I reached out to Rover support, who was also unsuccessful in getting ahold of her. After not hearing from Ashley for two hours past the visit, we begged a coworker to stop by to feed and water the animals. He found both cats and the dog without food or water, and the senior cat locked in the bathroom from the night before (spends the night in the bathroom for nightime incontinence). This was not a surprise to us since Ashley did not stop by for her visit. What was surprising was when she made contact 6.5 hours later saying she had been there that morning and taken care of the pets but that she had dropped her phone in the snow and it had died. Surprising because the pets clearly had not been taken care of, and surprising because the phone rang every time I tried calling it, whereas in my experience, dead phones go straight to voicemail. That was the last communication I received from her, despite me sending several more messages. We left our vacation early because Ashley proved unreliable. Fortunately, she did drop off our keys into our mailbox the following day.

Let us book last minute for a weekend trip, accommodated a meet & greet and the dogs had a great time. I will definitely be booking again😊 thank you again!

Ashley provided a fun stay for our rambunctious, 8 month old Doodle. She was laid back about how much rough housing he likes to do and provided him a beautiful shepherd to wrestle with. She also took him on neighborhood adventures! Thank you Ashley!
