I am a lifelong dog lover dedicated to helping animals. I've adopted two dogs from the South Korean dog meat trade and fundraised over $50,000 for the organization that rescued them. My 2 sweet, small/medium-sized jindo mixes love other dogs and I'm always a go-to among friends for dog sitting while they're on vacation! My dogs adore having friends over to play with and I love hosting them! Expect walks to Washington Square Park, meticulous following of all your pups' specific food/medication guidelines, daily photo updates, all the texting you need and lots of couch cuddles! Each dog is unique and I'm committed to making them feel as loved and comfortable as my own dogs do. :) I work from home three days a week and am able to pop home on my in-office days (Tuesday and Wednesday) mid-day for walks. I am available for weekend and weekday boarding. My husband also helps me on my in-office days by coming home early around 3 p.m. I have two sweet, mellow medium-sized dogs who love some play time followed by lots of naps in our relatively spacious 1-bedroom apartment that has a long hallway great for fetch. I separate dogs during feedings to avoid any possessiveness. My dogs love toys, but we can take those away if they are triggering for your pet! I walk my dogs three times a day and we go to Washington Square Park on the weekends for socialization. As every dog has their quirks (for example, one of mine is an escape artist so holding his leash securely is a must!) I make sure to honor your pet's needs, be it dietary or behavioral. I am available by phone and text at all times and will send a daily check-in, more if needed! I've watched pit bulls, king charles cavaliers, chihuahua mixes, labs, poodles, doodles, and toy Australian Shepherds. As long as they like other dogs who are generally mellow but a little playful they will fit right in!
