Hello! My name is Ashley, and I am a small business owner (Ashley’s Adventures Dog Care) and dog mom. I’ve had a passion for animals since I was a little girl. I have worked with dogs in many capacities as a foster for animal rescues, volunteering at local animal shelters, working at dog daycare & boarding facilities, and most recently as a vet assistant. I have the following certifications: Fear Free professional, Canine Emergency Care, and dog & cat first aid. I care deeply about my own 2 dogs and I bring that same level of care to each and every dog I’m entrusted with. I’ve taken care of dogs from puppies to seniors, couch potatoes to high energy, as well as dogs with special medical needs. **I REQUEST THAT YOU PLEASE NOTE MY FALL/WINTER HOURS SHOWN UNDER “PHOTOS” AND SELECT DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES ACCORDINGLY. Very flexible and was able to provide pet taxi service. Sent lots of pictures showing our black lab having lots of fun. Highly recommend Ashley.

Ashley took great care of my dog Tux! He seemed to be very happy with his stay and enjoyed the company of other dogs. Her frequent photo and text updates were very appreciated! 10/10 would bring Tux back next time!
We had our dog stay with Ashley for a week while we were in the area over the holidays. Ashley was professional, responsive, and our pup seemed like he had fun and was well taken care of!! My only feedback is it might be nice to receive photos/video of the dogs interacting with each other :) Would book with her again!
Ashley was great to work with! Dropping Ranger off was easy and I felt comfortable that she would take great care of him. She sent some pictures and that gave me some piece of mind since this was his first stay with her. I loved that she also has a senior dog! When we picked him up he was his usual happy, vocal self so I knew he had a good time. Highly recommend d!
Ashley did a great job of taking care of my 3 dogs, a senior dog who has limited mobility, an active senior dog and a 4 month puppy with endless energy. Would recommend Ashley and would use her again if we were in the area again.

I’m currently taking care of dogs full time so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pup - weekdays, weekends, and holidays! As mentioned before, I don’t do drop offs or pick ups on major holidays to allow for a work/life balance.

My 2 English Springer Spaniels are dog neutral. They get along with other dogs, and would be happy to play with your dog if they are game! I have a fenced yard so dogs can be off leash. I also take the dogs on leashed walks as weather allows. I am happy to discuss any specific needs your dog has on a case by case basis.

A typical day here can vary, however it always includes the following things: going for a walk, lots of playing, one on one attention, a mental enrichment activity and a special treat as your pups diet allows.
