Ashley was great! She is very accommodating towards us, the pet parents, and to our pup, Ashford. She was willing to pick him up on Wednesday and drop him off to our home on Sunday, but we decided to drop off and pick up ourself. She ended up accommodating a late night pick up at 11pm. She is fairly close to the airport so that was convenient for us as well. Ashford currently has an eye infection so we left some medication with him. His eyes improved upon pick up so we assume she was able to give him the medication he needed. Ashley noted that Ashford was very friendly and cuddly. That’s a great sign for us as that means he felt comfortable and safe with her and vice versa. Ashley was also very responsive and would periodically send us pictures of Ashford while we were away. I appreciated the updates very much!
