I try to stick to the pets schedule as that is what they've come to know. if we find that there is a system that works better for us I am happy to check in with the parent to see if it's a good idea to integrate that. we're always learning!

I benefit from knowing anything about your dog that your feel needs to be told! Such as if they prefer to stay low key or are they more energetic? Habits or allergies? How much do they eat and how often? Plus any other special requests. I am happy to accommodate!
A typical day
When your dogs with me you can be sure we're having a fun. I feel like with each new dog I get to explore in a different way every time. Me and my dog spend most of days outdoors, going on walks around the neighborhood, running in the park, hikes in the woods, or playing on the beach. It creates a bond between the pet and the caretaker, alleviating some of the anxiety that comes from being apart from your owner. Once were able to trust each other, everybody is able to truly relax. From there you just fall into a natural groove.

Pet care experience
I have a all kinds of experience in different types of animal care. From walking high energy dogs and constant practicing of training techniques for those who require it, to just staying in at home and keeping them company and making sure that they are safe and happy. I genuinely enjoy spending time with the pets I work with. I like to think of then as family when we are together. Once getting a feel for one another, I'll plan specific activities around that dogs needs to ensure they have the best stay possible. I strive to be as flexible as I can and to keep an open line of communication with the owner so they they are able to trust and relax. I am here to make life a little easier and of course to have fun! i prefer to go to your home as it makes the pups generally more comfortable to be in a familiar space and I do have a cat at my own home.

Ashley house set for me to keep company to my cat, Zelda. She sent me updates with pictures once a day, and during my trip I had a peace of mind knowing that Zelda is in good hands. Ashley is always great with Molly and responsive. Right before this trip I had a couple of issues with my apartment arise and Ashley took dealing with these in stride. I’m always happy to work with Ashley again!
