I am working part-time and available, morning, midday, and evening, per my calendar. I no longer take dogs for boarding in my home; however, can drop in or sit for your pets in the comfort of their own home.

Am equipped to care for your dogs in your home and can provide enrichment and building exercises, such as playing with toys, balls, clicker rewards for specific behaviors with the food/treat of your choice, walks, letting in and out of yard, feeding, watering, and other activities, as requested.

Engagement with your pets is what motivates me to offer my services. I also offer training for pets and enjoy working with dogs and their owners who would like to bond more constructively.

Pet care experience
Dogs have been family to me for over 30 years -as a breeder, in the breed and obedience show rings, herding, frisbee, dock diving, other types of dog sports, and mostly as loving family members and companions. Herding breeds, such as Australian Cattle Dogs, Australian Shepherds, Border Collies, Belgian Malinois, Dutch Shepherds, German Shepherds, and a Shiba Inu (not a herding breed, but definitely a character!) have graced my household and enriched my life. The love of all creatures great and small started at a very early age for me and began with a snail. The rest is history...from catching snakes and any creature that crawls, swims, flies, runs, or otherwise. Worked, trained, and showed horses, worked cattle on ranches for years, caught and had snakes and other reptiles, raised chickens, and vetted my own creatures. My favorite pastime has always been to observe animal behavior and glean the timeless wisdom they have to offer us that we can apply to our own lives and interactions with each other. May you receive all they have to offer!!

Ashley was wonderful taking care of our super high energy 1 yr old Jack Russell, Cali. At the meet & Greet, Ashley took time to get to know us and Cali. She spent over an hour letting Cali get used to the new surroundings. During Cali's stay, Ashely contacted us each day via e-mail and sent numerous photos of Cali's adventure. She offered tips on training our fur child and we highly recommend Ashley. We will definitely be repeat clients. Thanks Ashley
