I recently moved to Arizona and am still getting my bearings, so my schedule is fairly flexible, and I'm willing to work weekends too. Though I may be new here, I’m already familiar with desert life and keeping animals safe in extreme heat!

I can't board animals, but at your home I'll make sure to treat each pet with care and respect. I'm just as happy to play with a high energy puppy as I am to simply sit and relax near an old grumpy cat. With a simple checklist of things to take care of, I make sure your animals are doing well.

I need to know pertinent medical information like current medication, allergies, and potential anxiety triggers I can avoid. Fun little facts like their favorite toys or places to be scratched are also useful, as is their feeding schedule and amount, what commands they've learned, and how much they'd like to play.
A typical day
Fetch, tug, good long walks (as long as it’s not dangerously hot!), and comfy naptimes are all activities I am enthusiastic about facilitating for each pet according to their needs! From making rounds about the neighborhood to check out all the new smells, to running through tricks and commands you've taught your pets, I'm happy to keep them entertained and happy for as long as I'm around.

I've been around animals since I was born-literally! My mother is a vet, and we've always had pets in the house. This has given me valuable experience learning how to care for pets, both in the everyday walking, cleaning, entertaining, and feeding, but also reacting calmly and decisively in emergencies and being aware of medical needs both small and great. Spending time around animals requires responsibility, but it's a delight too!

Ashley was great. This was our first experience with a dog/house sitter and she set the bar high. We came home to a house that looked exactly like we left it, with happy and healthy dogs. Couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely be using her again if she will have us :)
