I am a CPA with a full-time job, working remotely near the Denver Tech Center. Working from home allows me a bit of flexibility in my schedule, which I love to take advantage of by spending time with your pets! Generally, I am available weekdays before and after working hours (8am - 5pm) and during lunch and on weekends. I should also note that as an accounting professional, the first 5 business days of each month are a heavier workload and may reduce my availability.

I’ll treat your home and your pets with as much care and respect as I treat my own! Having someone in your home can be stressful, so I’m happy to do as much or as little as you’re comfortable with! Any pet messes I see will be cleaned up, and I will keep the litter box area free of tracking litter if there's a vacuum or broom around!

Please let me know if your pet is shy or anxious meeting new people, is uncomfortable around other animals, needs medications, or if you have any special instructions for taking care of your fur baby! If they have a favorite toy or activity, I'd love to know that information as well so that I can hopefully become one of their favorite people!
A typical day
I will always take dogs on walks, as long as they are interested (weather permitting)! If there is a secure area and your dog is dog-friendly, playing ball is always a great option for getting out some energy! If there is inclement weather, I will do my best to entertain your dog indoors, whether that's fetch or a game of tug-of-war with their toys. If your dog is lower energy, I'm happy to simply hang out with them and give them pets. Treats (assuming they are parent-approved) are always given after walks/bathroom breaks! Since cats have such differing personalities, I will do my best each visit to meet your cat where they are! Whether that means some sort of engagement activity like chasing toys or treat puzzles (I almost always have a laser pointer with me just in case), brushing, cuddling, or staying away from them entirely, I'll base my visit on your cat's cues!

Pet care experience
Whether it was my childhood dog, roommates’ dogs, or my own feline fur baby, there have only been a few years of my life I haven’t lived with pets. I have volunteered at various shelters throughout my life, and I happily watch my friends' and family’s dogs when they’re out of town. While my own fur baby is a cat, I love hanging out with, playing with, and walking other people’s dogs!
