I have a part time job working as a birth and postpartum doula. Needless to say, I am passionate about supporting families; and your furry friend is part of that family. I would love to fill my free time taking care of your pooch. My days can be inconsistent, but if it works with your needs, then count me in!

I have a more gentle approach when taking care of dogs. With my dog being a rescue, I learned the importance of building trust and using a calm voice when training. I like to train using positive reinforcement with good treats.

I like to know as much as possible about your dog so I can best take care of him/her. It's important that I know any commands I will need, how they respond with other dogs/people, or if there are things you don't allow them to do (ie. Jumping on people). Anything you think will be of importance, please share with me :)
A typical day
I love to play with dogs in whatever way they enjoy. Whether that's wrestling with a toy or playing fetch with their favorite ball. I'm more than happy to take your dog for a good hike to burn them out, or just and cuddle if they prefer to do that.

I am a huge dog lover! I have had dogs my whole life and am super comfortable around them. I've walked dogs on and off for the past 10 years, and I have had my own rescue pooch for 8 years now. I would be more than happy to walk/board your dog when I am available too :)

If there is someone whom you can trust to watch your new puppy, 7-year-old chi and stay in your home it would be 100% Ashley, me and my partner both agreed shortly after meeting with her that she is responsible, caring and would be an excellent fit to watch our pups. Ashley was great with Pippin on their walks. She asked lots of questions to get to know Pip, and Pip was pooped after the walk and some play! 10/10 will rebook ☺️

This girl loves dogs! When she sees your pup she'll just light up! She's reliable, prepared and a good communicator. She's been around dogs her whole life and will be very attentive to the dog - while also taking your direction as a dog owner. You're pup will love her and you’ll be more than happy and confident leaving your pet with her!
