Pet care experience
I will treat your pet with love!
Hello, my name is Ashley. I am a dog owner looking to care for other dogs at my home. I have experience with large and small breeds. I’ve been a dog owner for the last 15 years. I often care for pets belonging to family and friends. I have dogs of my own as well. I am available in the mornings, evenings during the week as well as overnight and all weekend days. I'm am very flexible with the times. I have 2 other dog friendly dogs to keep your fur babies company and will tire them out before coming home to you lol. !

Ratings and reviews
She was great, sent daily pics of Noir and kept us up on how he was doing.

She treated my puppy very well. I'm pleased with her services and would book with her again.

Ashley was great! She sent me lots of pics and updates about how my girls were doing. Communication was easy.

Ashley was great! Loved the photos and updates she sent while we were away.

Ashley was a life savior. Found out last minute I needed to be gone for the weekend and she answered my needs quickly and even put up with me running behind on schedule. My dog loved her time with her and her dogs…10/10 !

We have two concerns about our dog’s stay with Ashley. The first is that the home does not have a fenced-in yard as the sitter profile states, and that is a really important option for our dog. We were disappointed when we got to the house to learn that the sitter profile was inaccurate in such a big way. Our second concern is that we expect great communication from our dog’s caregiver if there are any incidents, and that was not the case with this stay. When our pup got away from Ashley on a nighttime walk, then went missing for an hour and was found injured, she sent one late-night message but did not continue to try contacting us, our vet or our emergency contact. When we saw her message early the next morning, we could not reach her for details and our dog’s condition had worsened significantly in the meantime. He did need emergency treatment (he had been attacked by another animal) but did not receive any vet care until 15 hours after the attack. We believe that with better communication, he could have gotten almost immediate care, which is what he needed. It was disappointing to us that a family member had to go pick up our dog from the sitter the next day to rush him to the animal hospital. We expect a Rover sitter to prioritize an injured pet in their care but that did not seem to be the case for this boarding experience.
