A typical day
A typical day with me is all about making sure your pet feels comfortable, happy, and loved. For dogs, we’ll enjoy walks tailored to their energy level. I love engaging dogs with games like fetch or tug-of-war, and of course, plenty of belly rubs and snuggles. For cats, I focus on gentle interaction—letting them come to me when they’re ready, followed by quiet play with their favorite toys, cozy lap time, or simply relaxing nearby so they feel safe and calm. During my visits, I keep pet parents updated with photos and messages so you can see your furry (or feathered, or scaled) friend enjoying their time. My goal is to create a fun, stress-free experience tailored to your pet’s unique personality and needs.

I've been caring for animals for as long as I can remember—both as a lifelong pet owner and as a trusted pet sitter. My experience spans just about every pet under the sun: dogs, cats, lizards, fish, rats, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, chickens, and birds. I currently share my home with two wonderful cats, and I treat every animal in my care with the same love and attention I give my own. Over the years, I've developed a calm and gentle presence that tends to put animals at ease—I've often been told, “Wow, my dog warmed up to you so quickly!” I have experience working with shy or anxious pets, and I'm comfortable administering oral and topical medications when needed. You can count on me to provide consistent, compassionate care—and I always keep pet parents in the loop with regular updates and plenty of photos. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities!

I highly recommend Ashley. She was super with our little girl cat Stella while we were away. She’s a shy kitty at first but Ashley managed to engage her with petting, grooming and play.
Ashley was wonderful! She provided great care to our two cats & backyard chickens while we were away. The meet and greet beforehand was very helpful and she asked great questions. I felt confident being away from home knowing she was providing great care. Looking forward to using her in the future!
