Hello, I'm Ashley! I'm a veterinary assistant currently preparing to apply to veterinary school next year. I have experience working with dogs and cats in animal hospital/clinic, shelter, and daycare/at-home settings. I'm experienced with in dog walking, playgroups and cat care. I can also administer medications, prepare directed diets needed or give special-needs care. I am currently a full-time student and working part-time at my vet clinic. Therefore, I am mostly available on the weekends, but I can do drop-in visits on various days of the week. If discussed (and if stars align, of course), I can do weekend stays overnight with your furry kiddos! Special requirements may be discussed and we can come to an agreement on your pet's care that works for all of us 🐾 Whether it's walks, playtime, or cuddles, your pet's safety and happiness are always my top priorities. I'll care for your pets with the same love and attention I give my own gals, a black lab and my lil tripod kitty cat!

Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. As a veterinary assistant, I am experienced handling dogs and cats with a variety of personalities and needs. As a Type-A, I'll follow your pet's routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special instructions. I understand that every pet is unique, and I'll treat yours with the same patience, love, and care that I give my own fur babies!

Ashley is so gentle and kind with animals. My cats are especially skittish and she has gained their trust by being patient and kind to them. Now they love her more than anyone other than me. They lie on her lap when she visits and come out as soon as they hear her voice. She’s taken care of my male cat, Loki, when I went on vacation and she was really good at feeding him on time, playing with him, and just sitting with him.
Ashley is a very passionate and nurturing individual whom I've had the pleasure of knowing for several years. She is incredibly attentive to the needs of my dogs and sensitive to their behaviors. She is always on time, responsible, and warm and affectionate. As a caregiver at home to her own pets and as someone whose dream is to care for animals, she has a strong empathy and understanding for all types of pets and their owners. I cannot recommend Ashley enough if you would like peace of mind and confidence that your furry family members will be cared for!
Ashley has been the sole caretaker of not just our household pets, but all pets she has come across. She has helped take care of dogs, cats, horses, birds, hamsters, lizards, and basically any and all living beings possible. I will trust her with any of my pets for sure.
ashley is the best cat and dog mother :) she treats all animals like they are her own babies. she even has a 3 legged kitty she had rescued and adopted. she is also a vet tech, so she is very knowledgeable about animal care of any kind. she is always super patient and gentle when around pets, i would always go to her if i need someone to watch my fur baby<3 she is also very responsive with her phone and is super reassuring by sending me photo updates. 10/10 would recommend!

Schedule
As a pre-vet student who is also working full time, I'm currently available for pet care on weekends or for holidays. When your precious fur baby is in my care, they'll receive my full attention! Whether that's walks, playtime, enrichment, or plenty of cuddles, I strive to provide reliable and attentive care. I will always keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away!
