Whether I am coming into your home or your pets are coming into mine, your pets and property will be treated with the utmost care and consideration. I will provide the excellent service I expect for pet sitters for my own family dogs and nothing less. Safety and security are also top of mind and, with my high attention to detail, nothing will be missed. Pets in my home will be treated like family. We have 2 retired racing greyhounds who are loving, calm, and kind, as well as a foster-fail super mutt who loves to play and keep our house safe from chipmunks and mail carriers. I have three kids (12, 10, and 7) who all have extensive experience with dogs and who will help me respectfully love on your pet while you are away. We have a LARGE fenced in yard with lots of little critters to sniff after and plenty of room to run. We live in a pet-friendly cul-du-sac with several dogs and chickens next door.

Hello! I can't wait to meet you and your furry friend! I have been caring for animals my whole life, including my own pets and also dogs I foster for a local rescue. I would love to care for your furry family member as well. As a Type-A personality and a mother of 3 humans and 3 dogs, I am very organized, reliable, detail-oriented, caring, and trustworthy. I work from home part-time in the photography industry and would love to help you add to the adorable photos of your pet while they are in my care, if you would like! I have a Masters Degree in Higher Education and a Bachelors in Entrepreneurship, both at Illinois State University. I did my business plan on a doggy day care and when I was a kid I wanted to be a vet, so as you can see...caring for animals has been in my blood from a young age! Several of my animals have had special needs or are prone to injury, so I have LOTS of experience in that regard. My vet can vouch for the fact that I would make a great vet tech. Blood and other bodily fluids do not phase me and I am cool as a cucumber under pressure (I've dealt with two dogs with broken legs, two dog strokes, cancer, many a laceration, a diabetic cat, and a dog with no eyes.) I also have fostered several puppies and love their puppy breath! Happy to help care for the youngest of your pets as well.

Ashley has become the friend that Blueberry and Dunkin most look forward to seeing every week. Both somewhat skittish, the dogs usually take a little while to warm up to new people. They immediately took to Ashley, though, and enjoy their time with her. This is evident in the pictures Ashley takes during her visits. And, the photos are fantastic! We can tell she's a professional photographer! This has provided us, the parents of Blueberry and Dunkin, great peace of mind. We are confident the dogs are well cared for when we're at work and receiving the attention they need. Ashley is very easy to work with and flexible with scheduling. We're lucky to have found her. Blueberry and Dunkin's lives are so much better because Ashley is in them!
Ashley took great care of our greyhound, Roo! And she sent pictures throughout his stay so we knew he was happy and having fun. We highly recommend her!
