‼️Important Information to Know Before Booking: To ensure that we offer the best possible care tailored to your pet’s needs, there are a few things we’d like to know in advance: Behavioral Traits • Socialisation: Does your pet get along well with other animals and children? My daughter understands that animals need time to adjust to our home, so she will usually keep her distance until I tell her it is safe. However, if your dog is known for nipping at children’s hands, please make me aware of this before hand. • Are there any behavioral quirks we should be aware of? For example, does your pet bark at other dogs or the door bell, jump when excited, cry when left alone - even if it’s only for a short period, such as when I take out the rubbish? We live in a flat and would like to keep noise to a minimum for our neighbors’ sake. So, if your sweet dog barks and cries when the door bell rings or when left alone, even when only briefly, please let me know beforehand so I can arrange my schedule (and delivery schedules) to accommodate. If this behavior trait is not made aware to me, you may be asked to come back and get your dog. • Energy Levels: Is your pet high-energy or more of a laid-back lounger? This helps us plan appropriate activities. • Special Fears or Anxiety: Does your pet have specific triggers like loud noises, thunder, crowds, men in hats, or separation anxiety? When triggered, how do they behave? Medical Requirements • Dietary Restrictions: Are there foods your pet should avoid or special feeding schedules we should follow? Is your pet allergic to anything? • Medication: Does your pet require any medication? If so, please provide detailed instructions, including dosage and timing. • Emergency Contacts: Please share your vet’s contact information and any other emergency numbers. General Preferences • Favorite Toys or Treats: Please provide your pet with their favorite toys or treats so we can make their stay even more enjoyable. • Sleeping Arrangements: Does your pet have a preferred sleeping spot or special bedtime routine? Providing this information allows us to create a personalised and comfortable experience for your pet. Rest assured, all details will be kept confidential and will only be used to ensure the highest quality of care. ‼️ BATH: Please bathe your dog before arriving so that we can offer them lots and lots of cuddles and avoid any allergic reactions. If your dog is smelly, we may ask to bathe them for you and will need to charge you for the supplies and time. Thank you for understanding. In addition, please provide a towel for their feet (for rainy days) and a brush (if necessary). CAT LITTER: Please provide plenty of cat litter as we do not have a sprawling flat and will need to change their little box quite frequently in order to make our living situation enjoyable. My daughter lives for this game. • Doggy Playdates: Socialization is important; that’s why we can arrange play dates with our circle of fellow dog owners.
