I’ve cared for and lived with animals of all varieties. Dogs in my care get daily training sessions, and *supervised* socialization with my dog, only if they are known to be friendly with other dogs, and have demonstrated good behavior with me one on one. Otherwise, all potty breaks, training, and play time is done one dog at a time.

My dogs stayed with Ashley over the weekend. She was so attentive and kind. She has a nice yard and plenty of space for any 4 legged friends. I highly recommend her!
Ashley was so caring and informative with both us and our pup. From even before our first meeting, we loved how sweet and considerate she was of us and how helpful she is. It’s easy to tell how much knowledge she has about dogs, and we loved talking to her about dog behavior and safety. Ashley cares so much about making sure our dog was in a safe and healthy environment for him, without forcing it. We’ve been looking for a gentle and attentive sitter, and we feel so lucky to have found Ashley. Definitely going to rebook again for future trips, it’s nice to know our dog is safe and getting all the attention and direction he needs :)
My dog adores Ashley! Every time he sees her, he jumps all over her just like he does to me when I come home from a trip. He also gets along really well with Ashley's dog, who's a sweetheart. She provides a safe and loving home away from home for my dog and others, and I recommend her to friends of my own.
My Maltipoo Luna Bunny is a quarantine pup and very attached. I felt really anxious about leaving her to travel until I found Ash! Ash is SO great with Luna. She’s reliable, responsive, and, so caring. She sends me updates and adorable photos/videos of Luna while I’m away which I really appreciate. When I pick Luna up from a stay with Ash I can tell she’s had a great time. Your fur baby is in very capable and loving hands with Ash :)
Ramble was our first pet sitter on Rover and we could not have asked for a better experience! She was communicative from the start and through my pet's stay. She sent me tons of photos and updates, and I never worried about my pet's safety or happiness with her. I was very appreciative that she worked with our pup while he was with her. He came back to us behaving BETTER than when he left. I would definitely go back to her in the future!
Ramble has always been very happy to watch my pup. Ramble & he bonded very well & he loves her. He always loves his overnights, and also loves when I drop him off for some company a couple hours a day while I'm at work. Ramble is very trustworthy & caring. It's easy to tell how much she loves dogs. Definitely recommend her!

Schedule
My schedule is completely flexible. I am a stay at home, soon to be mom with lots of free time on my hands. I am fascinated by dog psychology, and love spending time with them. My dog also enjoys having playmates. My daily routine is ALREADY centered around my dogs’ needs, so integrating your dog/s in would be easy.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs thrive on routine so I aim to maintain a regular schedule with them so they know what to expect. This helps calm the nervous system and allows them to relax when its chill time vs. playtime. I brush dogs daily to minimize excess hair in my home. Dog will need to be up to date on vaccinations and medications, as well as a flea and tick preventative in order to be boarded at our home. I accept multiple dogs from the same household, but I do not board dogs from different families at the same time.

A typical day
I keep our dogs on a schedule that looks something like this: 8:00 Wake up -potty 8:30 Breakfast - playtime 9:30 Rest in crate - 4 hrs (can be longer or shorter depending on bladder size) 1:30 Potty break-mini training session with treats 2:00 Playtime in yard (alone or with others if socialized) 3:00 Rest in crate 5:00 Potty break - structured walk with treats 6:00 Dinner time -potty break 6:30 Rest in crate 8:30 potty break - short training sesh with treats - snuggle time 9:00 Bedtime

- Crates: I only accept dogs who are comfortable being crated. Dogs will spend several hours throughout the day in crates, as I do not allow them to roam the house unsupervised, and my attention cannot be on them 24/7. This is never a punishment, just the law of the land around here. You’re dog would be crated for good parts of the day in any kennel or dog boarding business. Dogs who are not used to crates are not a good fit for our household. Aggressive behavior: If your dog has ever demonstrated aggression towards other dogs, children, or humans I need to know this. It does not mean I am not open to working with your dog, but I will adjust the schedule to keep them separated from other dogs. This keeps both your dog/s and mine safe. Leash reactivity: How does your dog do on walks? Training: What commands does your dog know and follow? Noise: How vocal is your dog?
